Sean is talking to a man named Alex whom he saw working at a coffee bar. Sean, feeling bad for the man because of his definciency let him know that he could help him out if he came in. Alex comes in for surgery.

Christian is speaking with a man named Mitch who is pretending he is gay because his "sugar daddy" gives him anything he wants and he believes that an occassional blow job is worth it. Christian is aggravated by this and is telling Mitch that that he hates seeing someone trapped into something because of financial hardship.

Sean asks Alex to hang out with him, while Christian tells Mitch to hang out with him so they can introduce each of their patients to "the other side."

Christian watches on as Mitch has a nice time with a stripper/exotic dancer named Blu Mondae as Christian gets a lap dance of his own.

After the surgery with Alex there was a problem, Sean would have to attach wires to his face to help lengthen his jaw. Alex is upset and disappointed and tells Sean no and he knew this was a mistake.

Liz catches Michelle in the parking lot sharing an intimate moment with a woman named James.

Michelle seems to be the new owner of McNamara/Troy.

Mithcell was having surgery because his "sugar daddy" wanted him to look more like himself.

Christian seems to be having questions about his sexuality and this encounter is really playing it up, although, he replies that he doesn't play for his team.

Julia and Sean get Matt a gym membership, they believed it would help him get out more. He is staying in the house all the time alone now.

Blu Mondae wants a breast reduction, she says the way they are now no one takes her seriously, and in exchange she could "work it off."

Matt is seeing a therapist now, Christian says he's too high maintenance and with them having a special needs baby on the way it will make it even harder.

Christian tells Blu he'll do her breast reduction for free if she sleeps with Mitchell, she agrees.

Mitchell goes over to Christian's and lets him know that his "sugar daddy" found out about the strip club and kicked him out. Christian gives him quite a bit of money to stay in the Ocean View and some money to tide him over.

Mitch asks to use Christian's bathroom and then comes out naked, he tells Christian he likes to work for his money. Christian is in shock, he tells him he's not gay and to get out. Mitch reaches for Christian's crotch and Christian punches him in the nose. He falls to the floor and Christian tells him he really does need his nose fixed now.

Julia and Sean's child will have no hands, and the baby's arms will end at whittled "claws."
