Christian seems to be somewhat out of shape now, he is having a harder time doing sit-ups. As he is in the gym he notices that another plastic surgeon is in there working out effortlessly, Chrstian is envious that he has kept up his body.

Christian begins talking with the plastic surgeon in the showers about their workouts

Christian notices that Matt is in the gym as well, he rushes over to him and asks why he hasn't returned his calls. Matt says he has been kind of busy.

Christian goes in for lipo on his lower back at the plastic surgeons office he was talking to in the gym.

Julia and Sean are screening for nurses/nanny's to help out with their baby that is on the way

They hire a younger woman named Monica, she's in her late twenties

Sean drives Monica home from the interview at Julia and his house, they share some "sweet moments" then cut to a hotel where the two are having sex. Sean looks down with a "what have I done" look on his face."

Sean and Christian walk into the office, and spot Linda and Liz laughing. They ask them what is so funny, they get no reply, then Christian notices that they are watching a video of two people having sex on laptop computer. Christian sees it is himself and a girl which has been posted on youtube. Christian is horrified, Sean tells him that he can sue, although Christian does not care about the fact that someone posted him having sex on the internet, he is horrified that he looks so fat. The camera zooms in and out on Christian's jiggling belly. Liz tells Christian that the Camara adds 10 pounds. Christian shoot a her a look, and says the way the film is shot makes him look like "Jabba the hut" more unflattering shot of Christian, the last shot of Christian's fat ass shaking as he is walking away is in slow motion. Christian realizes that his losing battle with middle-age can no longer be denied.
